Vegan Sun dried Tomato Hummus

1 can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes
¼ cup olive oil, plus extra for drizzling
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 garlic clove
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ teaspoon sea salt
½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Combine beans, tomatoes, oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper in a food processor and process until smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides with a spatula.
