Vegan Pumpkin Spice Latte

1 cup soy milk
3/4 cup canned pumpkin
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Stir sugar in water until dissolved. In a blender, combine soy milk, pumpkin, sugar mixture, and pumpkin pie spice. Serve over ice. Makes 2 servings.
