Vegan Chipotle Lettuce

1/2 cup pasta sauce
1 chipotle pepper, diced
1 cup lettuce, shredded
Daiya vegan mozzarella shreds, optional

In a wok, stir pasta sauce and chipotle pepper. Bring to a simmer, add lettuce. Add vegan cheese if using, remove from heat, cover, and allow to steam for 10 minutes before serving.
