1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp + 2 tsp cocoa powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup canola oil
3 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup oreos, crushed
Frosting:
1/4 cup Earth Balance shortening
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tbsp soy milk
3 oreos, crushed
Bake for 18 minutes
