Vegan Blackberry Sauce
12oz fresh blackberries
1/4 cup sugar (may lessen)
2 tbsp water
1/8 tsp salt
Simmer all ingredients over medium heat in a medium saucepan for 15 minutes. Puree mixture and push through a mesh strainer to remove seeds.
