Vegan Pumpkin Ice Cream

1 cup Thai Kitchen unsweetened coconut milk
1 cup canned pumpkin
1/4 cup + 2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/8 tsp salt

Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Prepare in ice cream maker according to manufacturer's instructions.
